"Purchase one pair of trackpants from Kmart/the Warehouse, the more ‘X’ the better. It is important that the trackpants have a waistband. Cut off at knee length for trackshorts, or as short as you like. To make the trackskirt, lay the pants on a flat surface. Cut off the legs in a straight line above the crotch. If you buy trackpants with enough Xs in front of the L, the amount of fabric between the waistband and where the crutch was is definitely enough to be worn (respectably) in public."

Seyoung and I were probably the nerdiest people on earth yesterday as we battled through the hail and sleet to seek the warmth of the computer labs at uni! The day before, we were at the casino celebrating our "monthlyversary" when I thought it was chinese new year as the falling hail on the roof was reminisence of chinese new year crackers!!! Yes, I am that blur@~

I have been spending a lot of time these two weeks with a lot of animals. Have three new acquaintances. The cutie on the left here is Muffin, we had a few sweet & intimate encounters…He he and the following baby here is MuYong. Not so sure if I spelled it right but they are both so adorable. *MuAh*

Coming back to the story of last night…After we came back from uni, I was greeted by the newest member of the feline family, Miu Miu Junior. Isn’t the little furball so so so CuTe?!!! I am a sucker for animals and can’t wait for the day that I get to actually own a pet here. For the mean time, I have Zoe to keep me company which turns a no-win situation into a somewhat be-grateful situation.

Was discussing pet names with Seyoung and I decided on Kimchi and Bap @ Bee Beem Bap. These will be their household names and their formal names are Coco Chanel and Thierry Henry…Not so sure if I got the spelling for Henry right, baby.@~ You tell me, ok? This conversation made a significant turning point when he thought that I actually suggested that he name his children Kimchi and Bap!!! Come on, I’m insane but not that mad to scar the lives of his children.

By the way, congratulations baby for completing your theraphy. A round of applause for your endurance and courage for battling this ordeal. Remember, you’ll always have me, Kimchi, Bap, Miu Miu and Zoe to cheer you up, ok?…he he

One of my fantasies turned into reality by rowing in the park. Made me feel like I was on the set of the Notebook. Well, at least all the feelings were there…the most important part. Obviously, I had no strength for the rowing so Seyoung was more than pleased to do the whole manual labour. Still give him a cuddle once in a while for coming up with this beautiful suggestion. Actually, the whole day was a combination of The Notebook and The Classic. Instead of lots of swans, we had schools of ducks. Hilariously fun yet lovingly romantic…sigh!!!

One of my favourite pictures…was terrifying trying to move over to Seyoung as I was afraid the boat might capsize. Besides rekindling and having a great time, the view that day was marvelous. Mother nature couldn’t have done a better job and I am truly blessed to enjoy it.

What is it with people and money? When people have been living off someone and because no one is actually questioning or complaining, they think that they are getting away with it. But when it comes to collecting a few measely dollars from them, they are hesitant and interrogate you, as if you were trying to embezzle their entire fortune’s worth. I have come to learn that no matter how good friendships are, the temptation from the demonic monetary term makes people go fuzzy. Favours shouldn’t be contemplated for a few measely dollars but then again, people are entitled to how they choose to spend their blings. I rest my case…

" All these promises that we make and we break, why is it, do you think, that people get married?"

"Passion."

"No."

"That’s interesting. Because I would’ve taken you for a romantic. Why, then?"

"Because we need a witness to our lives. There’s a billion poeple on the planet. I mean, what does any one life really mean? But in a marriage, you’re promising to care about everything. The good things, the bad things, the terrible things, the mundane things…all of it, all the time, everyday. You’re saying,"Your  life will not go unnoticed, because I will notice it. Your life will not go unwitnessed, because I will be your witness.""

Detest the sight of wires in my room. Finally got the router set up. Everyone at home is happy for they can use the net. It is really frustrating when you cannot grasp the concept of all these technological advances. Guess deep down inside, I am an old-fashioned girl who still believes that chivalry prevails and certain customs should not fade.

Besides technology, I don’t understand life. I don’t understand why one moment, you’re on cloud nine and then, it can just come tumbling down over you. I am grateful that Zoe is safe but sad that Mimi got hit by a car today. The sight of blood just made me forget all the annoyance vented in me towards her,…for I too realised, that she might not understand why something so tragic occured. I was never a cat person but if you needed convincing, both of them are the perfect exaImple.

Here, is a picture of Baby Zoe sleeping…so cute. Sometimes, I think she’s human for she understands a lot….this sounds cuckoo!!!  

I also don’t understand why it is so hard to come out in the open. Maybe the fear of the unknown or the fear of taking that great leap of faith prevents us from doing so, but sometimes our hesitance, hurts the ones we care and love. I wish that someday, I don’t have to live in fear, don’t have to live worrying about scrutiny from others…I want to live life for me@~
